Food Rules - Michael Pollan
This is, hands down, the best food/nutrition/health book I’ve ever read. It’s an incredibly easy read and it’s really short (140, mostly half pages). Basically, the book is comprised of 64 “food rules,” all of which make perfect sense and are easy to follow. I definitely recommend this one. Michael Pollan is a genius.
Work Harder
It’s crazy to wake up one day and realize; you could be doing so much more.
